Here is where you’ll find forms and other useful information.
If you are at least 60 years of age, you are eligible to participate in the newly instituted AHRMA Lifetime Membership program. AHRMA is offering a one-time payment of $650 to members who are 60 years of age and older. The benefits to the member are numerous. Besides not having to process the annual membership renewal, those eligible will be locking in their membership at a rate less than the current rate and will be coming to the aid of AHRMA at time when it needs your help the most.

Pre-Entry Submission Process
AHRMA strongly encourages pre-entry for all road race, motocross and dirt track nationals. Pre-entry costs significantly less and it allows AHRMA to put together a smoother-running race-day program by planning for proper race orders and enough workers. Some events may be pre-entry only. Information about such events can be found by following links below to the type of competition you are interested in.
Entry forms are included from time to time in Vintage Views, and they are always available from the AHRMA National Office. Downloadable entry forms specific to the national roadrace, motocross and dirt track series are available from the Schedule and Results pages linked below.
Payment must accompany all pre-entries. If you fax an entry form, you must include Visa or MasterCard info. You may also join and/or enter online using SeriesTracker and save 10%.
Follow the link below for information on dates, location, entry fees, pre-entry deadlines and entry restrictions for specific events. Entry forms for all events are linked from the web page linked below. Just hover over Schedule and Results and click on the desired discipline.
If you would like to enter an event you may use the online system (see the link on the home page), use the entry form for the event (from the event information on the calendar page) or we are now offering an all-purpose entry form on the website. This on-line form cannot be submitted electronically. Print it, fill it in and return it to the AHRMA office by mail or fax. It is used only for entering nationals where pre-entry is offered.
Refunds will be issued only to pre-entered riders who have filed a refund/transfer form with the AHRMA office. Refund/transfer forms may be obtained from the office or at link below. A copy of the form also is available on-line. The form may be filed by mail or fax (or the office may be telephoned with the relevant information).
A rider contacting the AHRMA office up through the day of the event will be refunded the full amount, less a $5 administrative charge. A rider filing for refund not more than 14 days after the event will be refunded 50 percent of the total entry. After that time, the entry fee will be deposited into the Benevolent Fund. This policy applies to national events unless noted otherwise on the entry form. (AHRMA Handbook section 4.7)

New Road Racers!! Required Transponder: AHRMA uses the AMB model 260x transponder for timing and scoring. This unit is required and is avail for purchase from My-laps.com or for rent by AHRMA. If you would like to rent a transponder please use the rental form link found under each event on the Schedule and Results page of this web site. For more information Click here
