Due to the late hour of getting a Chairman in place for the newly established Sidecar rules committee, the Board of Trustees was unable to approve the 2015 Sidecar rules proposal submitted. However, the decision was made by AHRMA’s Executive Committee to publish the Sidecar rules for a period of thirty (30) days for open member comment. Member comment will be considered, and after review by the Sidecar Rules & Eligibility Committee, the 2015 Sidecar rules will be finalized and placed on the website for access by interested parties.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the awards did not arrive at the racetrack for the September 14 round of the Northwest Maico & CZ National Vintage Motocross Series in Fairfield, WA. The organizers of the Rattler’s Run event will be mailing plaques directly to participants who earned them. The best news is that they’ll be awarding the top 50-percent of the finishers in each class, rather than the more-traditional 33-percent. Any questions can be directed to Matt James at email@example.com — please keep in mind it will take several days for trophies to arrive at each destination.
Another race has been added to the VMC Racing Frames National Dirt Track Series, scheduled for November 8 at Oglethorpe Speedway Park in Pooler, GA. See the Event Preview for more details.
